User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou want bbq that you'll never forget? GO TO DYER'S! People have spent years trying to convince me there's something better--never gonna happen! The ribs, the pork, all of it. And it's all served family style with unbelievably delicious sides. I have dreams about their onion rings! They are incredible! Potato salad, yummy coleslaw, beans, and an unforgetable spicy bbq sauce that's one-of-a-kind! Make the trip! You'll never be satisfied with anyone else's poor imatation! IT'S THE BEST BBQ EVER!

Award winng BBQ. Great Texas BBQ, dry rub with no false flavor (sauce). Just plain meat and it is the best. I really like the sides of beans and cole slaw with garlic toast, although, the potato salad is too sweet for me. I think the traditional Polish/German (egg, pickle, mustard) would suit the meal better. Who cares, you are there for the BBQ. If you are in the area, a must stop.
