User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe moved from Amarillo however when living there BL Bistros had become our fav, they have the best service ever, the food was always WONDERFUL and hot and fresh!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the best experience I have had in Amarillo. My wife and I ate there for A fathers day brunch on a Sunday. The service was Great....our server was really good and knowledgeable and the food was excelent. The only complaint was the desert fruit crepe ...seemed like the crepe was dry but all together it was quite good. This is a dining experience which is for someone who likes to experience new things and appreciates the marriage of flavors. We had the calamari which was out of this world and the lamb on a rock which was great eggs benidict which were really nice and the fruit crepes and cheese cake for desert. We are going back ASAP for the dinner menu...price is well worth the quantity and quality of food and service.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey are passing tilapia off as halibut. They don't even try to fake it. They also are heavy handed with the salt and the pasta is SWIMMING in heavy greasy sauce. They were once a great restaurant, but they have fallen into a rut of having bad cooks (not chefs) throw together uninspired dishes.

being a recent employee of BL Bistro I would strongly disagree with your ungrateful comment. the quality of the well prepared, not perfect, level of professionalism the Bistro represents and puts forth in everything they do-even for people like you-.
My comment was not ungrateful it was honest. Im supposed to like my meal because you say it's good.
