User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhenever we go up to visit friends we make this one of our stops to eat at. Nice friendly staff, child friendly place, and just good ol home cooking makes for a nice relaxed eating experience.
Heck the hot bread and cinnamon rolls that they bring to your table along with the cherry limeades are enough to keep me coming back for more!

I've had one too many bad meals here. I'll never go back.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsDown Home: Definately a place to go for some down home eats. All of the food was good, served as ordered. Coffee wasn't burnt at 7PM, so I'll give them that one, too. I did think that the price was maybe a buck or two higher a plate than it could have been.
The interior of the place is definately unique. It's got the "down home, metal sign" style of so many other places. Style sorta reminded me of the restaraunt portion of a Cracker Barrel with some neon added for additional splash.
I'd go back next time I'm visiting Amarillo, but it might be my second or third choice.
