    I holed an oil pan on my new Concours 14 in Amarillo, and called Brown's. I was told to bring it in, when I got there; they evaluated the damage. As I was on the road headed back to Alabama, I was contemplating the flight to Birmingham and back to pick the bike up. Surprise, surprise; the staff jumped on the problem, and I was out of there within 24 hours, even though they had to have the pan shipped from LA. What service, and an all-around nice group of guys at this dealership.
