User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou should avoid this company. Their trucks stay broken down so often you do not get the services you are paying for. They are unconcerned with their customers. They exibit a "can't do" attitude at every turn. Their office staff is incompetent and rude. They understandably have an unfavorable rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am in the process of suing their sorry outfit for their unethical behavior. Avoid this shady company!

I've never had anything but excellent service from Knox. The driver will even honk on his way by if I forgot to put my can out so he can pick up my trash on his way back past my house. As for a poor rating with the Better Business Bureau, I can't find any such report??
