User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHarold's Bar-B-Q is outstanding BBQ, and I've eaten some good BBQ in Texas as well as Tennessee. It rates 5 stars in my book and I'll be recommending it to anyone that comes to Abilene. Try it you will not regret the trip. Be sure Harold shows you all the pictures of people that have eaten there.

I know the owner, who, barring a bout with his health for about a year, is there everyday and has been for years, and I simply do not believe this person has ever been to this establishment. While one is entitled to their own opinion about the food, slandering the good people who work there is wrong. Most of the employees have been there for years and are polite and wonderful people.
Amazing food, amazing people! This person clearly does not know what he is talking about. Ask anyone in Abilene where the place to get BBQ is and they will tell you Harold's.

So the fact that you can look at the top of the page and see the cross streets proves that you've been there how? I seriously doubt any restaurant would ever think it's funny to find a bug in their food, even local BBQ restaurants are subject to health inspections. You're one out of 110,000 people in abilene (if you are from Abilene) and the other 100,000 + think Harold's is great so... go away...and don't eat there.
