HORRIBLE service everytime i get the same,exact order to go and it is always a different price, sometimes they charge me for something I didn't get. Way to loud, you have to yell, takes way too long considering I call it in 30 min ahead, and when you dine in, they won't leave you alone to eat,always trying to rush you out

You could definetly do worse and spend a lot more money (steakhouse west of Lubbock called Cagle's- about $50 more expensive for family of four dining.) Don't bother with the rest of the menu though, it's not very good. Service can either be really good or really bad. It's always way too loud, and way too many people come here to eat, count on at least an hour wait on a Friday or Saturday night. Corporate should consider opening another franchise to offset this.
