   Not Much Of An Option: There's basically only 2 taxi companies in lubbock. You'll find about 4-5 listings but most of them are the same cab company, just with a different name. With this particular taxi company(s) sometimes they're busy sometimes they're not. I've made arrangements to have someone picked up plenty of times and half the time they had to go back to pick up my guest because they had picked up other people and left without the person they were supposed to pick up. They can be rude on the phone but the drivers are usually friendly. There isn't a mass transit system in Lubbock so a 7-8 mile ride will cost about $25 or more.

   rude: Based on the phone conversation alone, the service was terrible. I made an appointment to be picked up the next morning and the person on the phone made no effort to be polite whatsoever. Haven't ridden in the taxi yet, but I am not looking forward to it to say the least!! I reccommend trying all other possible options before using this cab service!
