"We apreciate your business" They have the best fresh cooked food....Cooked when you order.. I have been a fan of Nicks from Day one many years ago..I have seen him feed families on the road with no money..Every year he feeds the whole community hot dogs and burgers and drinks and entertainment,,,So GO To NICKS THRIFTYS... If you walk in and are not greeted..Tell them Sandra Tucker said "You owe me a Coke"

This is a convenience store and the food reflects the low quality you would expect from a convenience store. Smoking is allowed in the store and you cannot even go in for takeout at the subway shop without coming out smelling like a cigarette butt. This is more of a local hangout for all the smoking/coffee/lottery crowd than a dining facility.

OH GIVE ME A BREAK...GO TO THE TAKE OUT IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE FRIENDS GETTING TOGETHER IN A "LOCAL HANGOUT" IT IS A CONVENIENCE STORE BUT THE FOOD IS NOT LOW QUALITY..THE EVIDENCE IS IN THE FULL PARKING LOT 24/7...ONE THING YOU DID NOT SAY WAS THAT THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY OR THAT NICK IS NOT A SUPER GREAT GENEROUS MAN...
Ok, I lived in Clyde, Tx at longer than anyone here I suppose and yes it is a hangout for those who go there everyday spending there money. But, smoking is allowd just like eveywhere else and this place has all kinds of food for anyone who likes american,chinese,itallian, and much more and with reasonable prices also. Nick the owner is a awesome man taking time to connect with his customers who helped build his business a sucess.
