User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe one and only time my family and I went the place was awful! It smelt gross, like dirty sweaty feet! The got our order wrong so many times we finally decided to just keep what they gave us. When we ate it, it was cold and tasted like cardboard. We have eaten at other Applebees but the one in Lubbock on the south loop really absolutely sucked. We will never return to this one. Please do not waste your time or money!

I phoned in a to go order and this order was ready for me when I picked it up, the bartender greeted me by name (before I even told him who I was) and thanked me generously for my order. Where has this service gone everywhere else?
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSuper good!: We find ourselves going to Applebee's quite a bit. It's always good, the price's are about average I would say, and as another person stated the sirloin is out of this world! We love it!
