The blackened chicken is really good, but the hot wings are the best. Cheap beer, good times!
As a restaurant, I'd give it one star. I know Cajun/Creole food, and this is nothing - the po' boys are just plain sandwiches.
As a bar, its three-four stars. Its a bit thight around the actual bar, but there's a good beer selection.
It's a Bar room that serves Cajun-STYLE food: And if that is OK with you then you'll like Crawdaddy's just fine.
Most of the dishes are far from "authentic" Cajun or Creole, they're just interpretations of Louisiana's two main cuisines. For example, the Jambalaya here is actually a dish poured on top of rice....great flavor, but it ain't Jambayla.
Red beans are good, blackened shrimps are other standouts. Salads are actually decent too. Waitresses are usually college girls who could give the so-called Hooters girls a run for their money.
This is a place to sit down and drink a few brews and have some Red beans and Rice.
