User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSave yourself time and money, DO NOT use this company for any mechanical problems. We were towed to their location when our tranny quit and assuming because they were a transmission shop they knew what they were doing , paid them in cash (they did not accept cards). We picked our F350 Ford up from them several times over the next 6 days when they would tell us it was ready and had to bring it back each time as it wouldnt SHIFT! When, on the 4th attempt to drive it, it heated up above 240 degrees , they told us that was not their problem!, the truck was shifting. Well, it wasnt, we finally took it from their shop and had Ford do the tranny work (which was a rebuilt transmission ) and lo and behold! after they were done in a matter of one day, the truck tranny and heating problem was cured! Imagine that! As Montana Transmission refused to refund the $2200 they had charged for a rebuild tranny, we have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will make sure everyone will be notified of their lack of knowledge and service!

I AM GLAD YOU REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB. THEY ALSO WORKED ON OUR FORD AND GOOD FOR NOTHINGS (EXCEPT TAKING YOUR MONEY!) HAD WRAPPED SOME TYPE OF CORD TO HOLD TOGETHER A BEARING OR JOINT OF SOME KIND. A TRUSTED MECHANIC LOOKED AT IT AND COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK. I WILL NEVER,NEVER, NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. STILL PISSED AT THIER WORK. UGH!!!!
