I absolutely love this restaurant!! I go at least twice a week every week!! The chicken Parmigiana is the best!!!
The chicken alfredo was good until i found like two strands of hair in it!
The waitress took forever on our orders and forgot one. She was kind of rude too.
Will not go there again!
Como's serves the kind of Italian food your grandparents went out for in 1962. Heavy, rich, overwrought red sauce, fat soggy pasta, too much cheese on most things, greasy garlic bread, etc. Bring the Alka-Seltzer, you are gonna need it.
It seems all the Arab families started Italian restaurants in El Paso back in the 1950s. Capetto's, Como's, Sorrento's, Bella Napoli, Michelinas, etc. Most still use their grandparents old recipies,, which are not really Italian at all but New York Italian circa 1952.
Como's remains one of the better one and is popular, but if you are familiar with a lighter, more modern style of Italian, you will probably be disappointed.
