I have 7 children and my first three and last two have had different pediatricians. I ran into Dr. Rich at Walmart, and told him his staff would not accept my last two, he immediately told me to tell his staff he had approved my babies. Since I first walked into Dr. Rich's office in 1993 he has always been very professional, kind, and even when he found out I did not have health coverage, he did not turn my children down. I am very happy with Dr. Rich even though my children are almost grown up and I don't have to go so often it is always a pleasure. Dr. Munoz is great too he is kind, and acknowledges the child as well.


Thank you for being the best in El Paso!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I visit Dr. Rich it is usually when my kids are sick or for checkups. Not only Dr. Rich but his entire staff (Dr. Munoz, Hector, and all of the assistans)have not only helped me with the children but make my visit much easier to get through. Dr. Rich has been the pediatrician for all 3 of my children for the past 11 years. I cannot see myself going to anyone else for the safety and wellness of my children.

Estoy muy feliz con los Dr. Rich. El siempre esta atento a como estan mis niños. No lo cambio por nada. Aunque la gas este muy cara en estos dias. por k me tomo una hora para llegar a la clinica. Yo tengo mucha confiansa a estar alli. Gracias!
