Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: NOT impressed...seriously NOT impressed. I've gone several times and always am waiting to be served, and the people hired to work there are always a lot more concerned with playing with one another, texting or simply don't want to do what they're hired to do.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: This has to be the worst place for customer service in the Permian Basin. We simply will not wait in line to give you our money even if you think that we owe it to you. You should find a better way to sell gift cards than making people wait who are trying to get in to see a movie. Your employees are horribly rude and don't seem to be able to think very well. You have other cash registers that never seem to be open. If I see you at my place of business I promise you will not get waited on "ever". I think this theater is just one example of lousy service from businesses at the mall.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: RIDICULOUS!!! I waited in line for 30 minutes, show was supposed to start at 11:45 and at 11:30, someone FINALLY decided to show up for work! This is the worst theatre I have EVER been to and will NEVER be back! Not only am I going to post this message here, but all the other places I can think of as well!
