Resident Neglect: Visiting this facility I was able to see all the bad care residents were receiving. Facility was unsanitized (except on inspection days.) I was very unsatisfied with the care some of these residents had. Residents would be calling for help and nothing would be done. Personal belongings are stolen and given to other residents. Those that are bedridden are paid less attention to. For the small duration of time that my friend was a resident I was able to speak to several residents and their family members who very unhappy and there was nothing that I could do for them, but I helped my friend and took him out.
