    Well i happen to work at this location and it happens that we are not owned by pilot. if i owned this restaurant what would it do if i accepted the pilot card i would be loosing money by the second. we happen to have great costumer service,

    never patronize this restaurant again: most of the wendy's restaurants in truckstops accept the pilot "driver's payback" card. this one did not. i was shocked to find out after i placed my order. not very trucker friendly. also, this is the only wendy's that i know of that actually charges for soda refills. i understand wendy's is in business to make money, but, you will not have my business in this location or any other location because of your policy. sour grapes on my part? possibly. but you will not get any more of my money. good day.
