All I have to say is that the management at this ballroom is very rude. I called for information and was not treated in a courteous or professional manner.

This place is ridiculously ambicious.. i had never seen anything like this. they want to make money anywhere they can and dont allow other places to make winnings too. I was thinking of booking my wedding here. for the past 2 months i had been going back and forward because of their awful management. I went to get a price and they didnt have the prices,(as far a linnen & cake & catering & video) first of all because they dont let no other providers go in, they have to be part of the alamo contract. They expect the customer to pay sooooo much its not even funny i decided not to go with this places because i found out from a source that they have 3 lawsuits in for not telling people once you make the contract that you cant bring your own providers.. and the day of your event they will NOT let them go in. A wedding is a day of happiness i know if i would of chosen the alamo i would of been in tears. also the "SPIDER" they have on the roof, they want to charge you extra, if you want it, but then again they never take it off cuz theres a giant hole on the roof, this place is a rip off.. i have sooo much more things to say but all i can say is that if you want a peaceful event... Make a U-turn before hitting this place...
