    THE FOOD IS THE BEST! THE SERVICE IS ALSO THE BEST AND THEY HAVE THE MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE WORKING. IT IS FAMILY OWENED. AND IT HAS NEVER CLOSED IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN OPENED. IT CHANGED OWNERS AND IT IS EVEN BETTER NOW! MAKE SURE YOU CALL BEFOR GOING THE HAVE WEIRD HOURS.

    My family has been eating at this restaurant since before I was born and I am 43 years old! There is no one left living in Odessa from my family but periodically we make trips out there just so we can eat at Manuels! This coming weekend is one of those times and we are REALLY looking forward to it. They have the famous crispy taco but also the VERY best refried beans that you have ever tasted! I highly recommend that you give this place a try not matter what you think of the neighborhood!

    Don't let the outside of the building fool you. There is a reason this restaurant has been in business since the 1940's. Outstanding mexican food
