Subject: Your illegal Sales Tatcits

In June 2008 my wife and I went to your dealership, for some help with a small matter that we were having with our 2008 Explorer Limited. I have purchased trucks from your dealership before, without incident. Now when I needed to rely on a company I thought was of positive nature, you turned out to be selling snake-oil. I hired a lawyer to sue you, your sales manager and one of your salesman for the illegal act that was committed, and you know who I am because I discussed this matter with the salesmanager. His response, was to call me a liar about what I said to the creditor who financed the Explorer. I know now, very well what kind-of dealership you are, a decieptive trade practice expert looking to make money off of poor honest hard working people. This also includes those who come across the border to get an American made vehicle, you cheat them just as well. Just to let you know pal who your dealing with. I retired from the U.S. ARMY, with honors as a snake-eater, and the U.S. Government as an investagator. I do what's right and honest, you should heed these words, because they will follow you. I've made sure every possible type of car media to include banks, credit unions, and finance companies know who you are, one big cheat. Now, you know who your dealing with. I reported the incedent directly to Ford in Detroit, twice. I also made a report to the Attorney General in Austin, Tx..
Also I have reported this behavior from the salesman to the Better Business Bureau. I am not done yet with what you did to my credit, my lifestyle, and way of life. The Federal Trade Commission is carefully looking into your way of business Be caucious, I know who's watching and they are closing in on you fast.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!: On Saturday, January 06, 2007 I went to several dealerships around gateway east looking for a truck, visited Mission Chevrolet, Casa Nissan, and Driveway Dodge. Out of those 3 dealerships no one came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. I walked into Shamaley Ford and Cleo Barraza was out there ready, she came up to me and introduced her self. From the time I spent looking at your trucks to the point I left the dealership. Your customer service is exceptional. You guys have been one of the fewest ones in the city in which you don’t pre qualify your potential customers. I really want to thank each and every one of you for your help and support while I shopped for a truck, from Manny in the Insurance department, to Carlos Cardenas in financing to Cleo sales rep. We were the last customers on that Saturday to leave the dealership and no one had a rush to leave even though they had made plans. You really make a difference in dealerships. Keep up the great work, and please make sure you let your whole staff know.
I will forward this e mail to the Better Business Bureau if it’s alright with you guys.
Again thank you so much for everything, this has been our second truck from your dealer and I am sure it will not be the last one.
