I have worked in the body shop business for many years. I understand all the previous concerns. I use to work in Dallas body shop and believe me people and their cars were just another cog in the system, You must keep in mind that once your car is damaged it will never be the same. I recently had my vehicle fixed with Rudolph Body and Paint and couldn't be happier. When you buy a new car the experience is completely different once its wrecked. Dealing with the insurance company and simply trying to just get your vehicle repaired. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. This is their job they know what they are doing. I was promised my car in 5-6 days. It ended up taking 7. Which was fine with me. It was something that I didn't want rushed or over looked. I was able to have the shop foreman assist me at the end with my transaction and couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you Rudolph Body and Paint. HIghly Recommended!
i was suprised at the service these people offer we took my wifes car to get fixed here not only did they do poor work but my wife happend to leave her digital camera in the glove box, were they had no buissnes being in and when we picked up the car it was gone sadly this shop does not have pride or respect for clients after talking to the hr from there she said she asked everyone if they took it and she said they all said no DUHHHH Then she had the guts to call my wife a liar This is the last time i take or suggest to anyone they take their car to theese loosers
This shop is horrible. They took 3 full days to do an estimate which they said would take 36 man hours to complete. They then told me it would take almost 3 weeks to do the repairs on a fender and tire. I decided to take my car to another shop and they would not release it to the tow truck because they wanted a "lift fee" which my insurance told them they were paying. Only after having my insurance adjuster call them twice did they agree to release it, wasting another full day which my car could have been worked on. Service here is very condescending and fake. I would never recommend this shop to anyone for any reason.

Trust me I know 100% what you are talking about and how the staff and wannabe HR Dept there is at Rudolph. I worked there for several years and it's easy for me to speak up now that im not there. Yes, probably 9 out of 10 workers search through every vehicle in the shop, have lunch in the vehicles, and they do not care about the work they do. They will try to get away with the crappiest work possible and please tell anyone needing bodywork NOT to take their vehicle to Rudolph. They ought to be shut down----lots of corrupt high level workers including the bodyshop manager and Mr. Neesen himself--------DO NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER ANYONE TO RUDOLPH
