NEVER AGAIN!!! As a new rider i came to EDGE for my first bike. At first, they seemed like a pretty solid business, but as soon as i put my deposit down, things turned for the worst. They had given me a date for when the bike should arrive, when tht day came there was no bike, I waited another week still no bike. A month after the initial deposit i asked if they could help me with another bike, they never did. I finally went to Las Cruces to buy a bike. When I came back to El Paso to get my deposit back they said that they couldnt give it back to me. I had told them that as long as they gave me store credit that was fine, they still said no. After I had explain to them that i had already purchased a bike, they STILL offered me prices on other bikes!!! A month and a week into this I finally told them that i needed my money back or i would report them to the BBB. They said I had to wait for the managers to back to town. (they have told me this about two times before) FINALLY i annoyed them so much that they gave me my deposit back. It seems like upper management is NEVER there, sales reps dont have a clue what they are doing. Its a shame that i have to take my Kawasaki to the next town over for maintenance..... EDGE Motorsports??? i would think twice before doing business with them....

The service department is very courteous and attentive. The guys in the shop are really patient and open as well. They give advice and tips along with taking your money. They are very good at trying to answer your questions over the phone and doing phone diagnosis. Edge Kawasaki's service department and mechanics are A+ individuals. I hope I'm not putting my foot in my mouth.
