User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSome of the worst service in the world. Entered their Gateway restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon at 2:53PM. Seated immediately. There were less than 3 other tables occupied at this time. From my sitting place I could see into the kitchen. No activity, cooks standing there, obviously the other three tables had already been served. 6 visible other employees standing around. At 3:10PM no one had come to take a drink order or any order, we were clearly visible to all personnel. No one had brought chips or salsa, nothing. We left at that point. The service is terrible at this location, this is not the first time I have had to have inordinate waits to be waited on. If you are not hispanic, do not expect to get waited on at this location.
