    Bad business: My wife took her car to get washed and when it came out of the machine, one of the side mirror housings had been broken, we asked if it was going to be taken care of and was told "NO', by the manager. He was completely inflexable stating that the only way it could break was if it was previously damaged. There was nothing wrong with the mirror before it went in!
