Dear Manager;
On Sunday, August 3, 2008, I brought laundry for your wash and fold services along with about 12 plastic hangers. When I picked up my laundry that afternoon, your employee stated she had given my hangers to another customer. In addition, I am missing about 4 orange wash cloths. This is disconcerting to me.
I would like a full refund for the laundry expenses in the amount of eighteen dollars ($18.00) plus enough money to purchase 12 plastic hangers and 4 wash cloths, about $3.50 each-

First Impression-Excellent!: There is nothing to dislike about this facility: there is free wireless internet access, the place is clean, the staff is very helpful and courteous, and the machines worked wonderfully. I am extremely impressed by this facility and would definitely return to wash my laundry or to use any of the laundry services offered at this location.
