FOOD ISNT STORE PROPERLY AND BROUGHT IN FROM ANY AND EVERYWHERE THE COULD GET A DEAL I WOULD TRY AND SAY SOMETHING TO THE OWNER (WHO WOULD SHOW UP ONCE A WEEK FOR THE CASH) AND HE WOULD JUST BLOW ME OFF .SO TO SAVE MY SANITY I QUIT .THE FOOD SUCKS FOR RESONS MENTIONED ABOVE THE SEVICE REALLY SUCKS AND MANGEMENT AND THE OWNERS REALLLLY SUCK .CANT THINK OF ANYTHING POSTIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE . AND THE WORD OKAZURI MEANS CHILD MOLESTER IN JAPANESE LOOK IT UP
Terrible sushi, even worse service... Never going back.
This place has so much potenial but they ruin it with the rude sushi chefs. Not to mention all the TV's in the place are turned to the Mexican soocer games, obviously for the staff because that's all they do is watch the games instead of providing better service. Novice idea: Make the sushi chefs learn the customary greetings for people sitting at the bar, 3 feet from them! Maybe put some Japanese music or even a video of Japan or whatever that is native to Japan, not Mexico or El Paso. If the management tried a little harder, this place could blow away the rest. I never see a manager or anyone checking on people or the staff. Until then, it's just another sushi wanna-be place in El Paso with poor service and sushi chefs who can't speak English much less Japanese.
