US Post Office

I went in to assure myself of mailing before the 4th of July. As I walked in, I noticed a table to the right and I chose a box to fit in an item and mail it. As I was working on the table, I noticed a lady with arms full of boxes attempting to come in the entrance. I stepped over and helped her open the doors. All this time there was a line without a sign warning of closing. When I finished, and stepped into the line, a sign read they were closed. I patiently waited for the postal worker finished with the person at hand. I thought to ask him if he would still take care of my package when finished. He said he would not. I informed him that I was already there before he put out the sign and that I was courteous to the lady he was helping, the reason for my not being in line. He said that was too bad. I also asked him that a sign should fore warn the customers of closing the line 30 minutes prior. He said there was a sign at the door the previous month, I did not want to argue with an idiot, and I asked him for his supervisor's name. He asked " which one"? I answered anyone who would listen and to pick one. Unfortunately I did not want to delay the other customers, so I failed to get this inflexible individual's name. He did say the previous day, that he been brought back by request to this post. I was there the day before. This type of unprofessional action should not be tolerated. In the business world he would not survive. The signs of the times is less customer service, in all fairness, I have had courteous clerks at this place before. There is always a sour grape in the bunch.

This is one of the WORSE services ever. I paid extra to get my shipment from 1-3 business days and its been now 9 days and i still havent received it. i called in and they told me that wherever the tracking number says it is thats where the package is located which is no where near where i live.
