User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI couldn't disagree more with the other 1 star review. Sounds like a disgruntled employee. Home Instead has been nothing but helpful in our search for home care for my mother. The office staff, and I have spoken to almost all of them, really care for their clients, and are even on-call 24/7. I chose Home Instead because they were the only home helper company endorsed by the Better Business Bureau in El Paso, and I am so glad I did. Even the VA, Veteran Affairs, has a contract with them. I highly doubt the VA would work with them if they were so unprofessional.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthis company is very unorganized. They treat clients with rude behavior and are not efficient at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. This company takes cases that are not within their realm of experience. They overwork the caregivers and under pay them. They are only in business because their caregivers care more about the clients than they do. These are individually owned and only this location is this poorly operated.
