I am only reviewing the Service Department, as I haven't bought a new car in years, but I do own an 03 Altima and 01 Infinity. I have had great service at Casa. The Service Manager Billy West is great, and doesn't put up with poor customer service. If their is a problem, complain, and he will make it up to you.
I think that they were very helpful for first time buyers. It was great to get approved on a brand new car. I would recommend any first time buyers there. If you cant get approved by the bank because your just starting your credit history they have a great program to help you out.
Trying to rip people off is a never nothing new for this place. I took my car in to get checked out for the transmission issue, and waited 7 hours to go in and ask what the deal was with my car. My car had not been touched yet. Yet, 20 minutes after i left, i get called to be told that it would be 1000 dollars to fix and engine oil leak and a couple motor mounts that were broken. When i returned to pick up my vehicle, 2004 Maxima, they said it was about 115 for each mount and $75/hr if i chose to fix the vehicle. After speaking to a cousin of mine who works at a Nissan dealership in San Antonio, it only takes 4 hours to fix the mounts and the pricing was about accurate for the parts. What are the extra 300 dollars for? A tip!?! This place is ridiculous. Mandatory that my vehicle be there at 8am so that it can sit there for half a day for a 20 minute lookey loo. Ridiculous...

BAD SERVICE! I went to this place a couple of months back to get premium maintenance done on my Pathfinder. I dropped of my car, the guy I was talking to was very rude. OK everybody has a bad day, this is his day. When I returned to pick up my car a day after I was supposed to pick it up because they called me and informed me the car wasn't ready as promised, the same guy told me to pay up first in the cashier before he can talk to me and explain what they did for my car (I am paying almost $500 for this service, I want some details and expecting excellent service). There was a line in the cashier, so a few minutes elapsed and when I returned, he was on his little desk doing something. I stood there a good minute before he acknowledge me. He was very rude. He didn't explain anything, nothing. I just got my keys and drove away and never came back! I still receive reminders from Casa Nissan about car maintenance and their specials, I just RIPPED them and trow them to the trash where they belong and this dealership!
