DON'T EVER GO TO DICK POE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE. I TOOK MY TUNDRA FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND AN EXPLANATION FOR A RATTLING SOUND AND WAS CHARGED $110. ON TOP OF THAT I HAD DROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE AT 10:30AM AND HAD TO WAIT TILL 1:30PM TO GET MY TRUCK BACK. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN THE SERVICE WORK ORDER WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE VEHICLE AND TELL YOU THAT THE OIL CHANGE IS $28.95 BUT THEY DON'T WRITE DOWN THE CHARGE TO INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH A CARBON COPY OF THE WORK ORDER; SO THEY ARE ABLE TO ADD SERVICES AND CHARGES WITHOUT YOU KNOWING (UNTIL YOU PAY IS WHEN YOU FIND OUT WHICH IS TO LATE). I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER RAUL GARCIA AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS AWARE OF THE CHARGE BECAUSE I SIGNED THE FORM. (I AM ON A BUDGET AND IF I WAS TOLD ABOUT THIS INSPECTION CHARGE I WOULD HAVE DECLINED THE SERVICE.) I HAD MENTION TO HIM THAT HIS EMPLOYEE (SANTANA) FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF THE CHARGE AND WAS NOT ON THE FORM WHEN I SIGNED FOR THE SERVICE. IT SEEMS HE AND HIS STAFF FRANKLY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE DISHONESTLY GIVEN AND TIME WASTED. I URGE ALL NOT TO GO TO DICK POE TOYOTA FOR ANYTHING.

Dick Poe Toyota has a terrible service department. We took our Tundra in for an oil change thinking it would take 30 minutes. Dick Poe Toyota decided to perform an unauthorized warranty repair that took over 4 hours. To make things worse, they screwed up the unauthorized repair, then jerked us around for almost 6 weeks about fixing it. We ended up taking the truck to Hoy Fox who fixed it in ONE HOUR. Dick Poe Toyota sucks, they never apologized, instead leaving hateful and insulting messages in my voicemail after I complained about their shoddy work and hateful employees. You would be better off going anywhere else.

Great service much better than HOY FOX for sure! There were honest,they were not rude and they let me decide if I wanted extra services done before they did it. Plus they washed my truck for free every time. It needs a better waiting area but I hear they're moving to a bigger better facility with a big waiting area and a place for kids. Excellent and professional SERVICE!
