User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just came home from eating at Pelican's and WOW! Their spinach and artichoke dip is the best I've had thus far. I initially ordered the prime rib and was less than enthused. I asked for it to be cooked a little longer and even then I was not satisfied. The waitress offered to rectify the situation and offered many suggestions. After agreeing on the Chicken Ranchero, not only did the Manager come by to bring the dish herself but came prior to, to offer an apology and to let me know how long it would take. The service we received was uncomprable. Their Long Island Iced Tea was the best bar none. I am just amazed by the service and would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will definetely be visiting more often.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food is excellent, and the atmosphere a wonderful climate. The ambiance increases with time, and as you wait for your food, many times, you can hear music or even a band. The service is a 5/5 stars and the waiters/waitresses are ready to serve. I recommend the prime rib, always with a Caesar salad. If you don't know yet, don't eat for a year because there is plenty of food to go around. Start off with Calamari, and don't be shy to eat it all, you can always ask for a "doggy bag". Finally, let us all just have one moment in silence for the Chefs' in Pelican's kitchen.............We appreciate you and thank you for bringing my steak just perfect!

A Must Eat: I absolutely love this restaurant and is my favorite by far. Great waiters and waitresses and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food is delicious and has the best sea food you can eat in El Paso!
