I have been without cable for about a month. they still bill me and take their sweet time getting someone to come out. The last service apt I had, they were a no call no show. Wish ep had some competition in the cable business.

I can't believe we only have one cable company here in town!!! this is why they abuse their customers so much. I have tried to get service with time warner since Oct. first, they had to add my address to their system, next they had to survey the apt. complex which they did about 3 times, then they were going to install a junction box, (after I filed a complain with the BBB)they decided they needed owner's approval, however, I was never told about this until after the complain then they have to determine if they can afford to give services to this complex, finally they said they would refund my money but I have not seen a dime from them... becareful!!! We need to somehow get the competition down here, they know they are the only company and we just have to take their mismanagement (BS).
