User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst Service in El Paso: Saturday morning was the worst service that we have ever had. We sat for ten minutes without anyone coming to ask for our drinks much less take our order. We walked out of the establishment and will never return to IHOP. It is a shame after being loyal customers for many years. The manager appeared not to be concerned with our complaint. So long IHOP!!!!!!!!

Awful Service: Have always had wonderful service in the morning. When this evening around 9:00 pm and the service was awful and food mediocre. The manager wasn't interested that the service was bad. Not ever going back at night.
