User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent Customer service. The girls were helpful and friendly. It was my first time there and they helped me select something I would like. The sandwich I chose was fantastic toasted. It was served fast, so I was able to eat and make it back to work on time.

Worst service ever! If you are not a regular, get ready to beg for service -yeah the bagels are ok, but I rather use my money elsewhere.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent bagels and coffees. They also make an outstanding lunch and can do box lunches for meetings, etc.
I have a few friends who come in from NY City occasionally and they always want to go straight to Bagel Shop. That says something right there.
