Took my car in recently for just a simple oil change. Once the service tech got my job, he had to stop to smoke a cigarette. He began the work and did he ever take his sweet time. Saw quite a few of the staff standing around and talking. Finally I saw my hood come done after about 45 minutes, and was I ready to go. Asked the service manager if my car was finished, he said yes. 15 minutes later they brought in the paperwork. I couldn't believe it took over an hour for an oil change. No wonder they have coupons in the phonebook, only way they would ever get business. I will never go back, can you imagine what the wait would be if they were busy? Do not go to this store.
