User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had the best service ever when we purchased our vehicle from the moment that we set foot on the lot til the moment that we drove away in our vehicle. Our salesman, Israel was extremely knowledgable about each of the vehicles that we test drove. He also accommodated us when we came in late, and stayed even later on a Saturday night. A gentlemen showed us all of the features of our vehicle, like the on-star, the sattellite radio, alarm, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Customer Service: Purchasing my car was pretty good experience...but when your car breaks down, don't expect the best customer service....actually don't expect any knowledgeable customer service at Mission. I have a GM Protection Plan and the customer service agents insisted that I have NO Car rental option if my car broke down before my 36,000 miles and when I put in a call to GM myself they were so much more helpful and said...I did have coverage if my vehicle was put in for service longer than 2 hours.

You should have gone to Rudolph on the Westside. Their service department is fantastic and they took me to get my car rental and had called the rental place before I got there, all I did was sign for the car, everything was great.
