Having owned a variety of cars and even working at two dealerships in the past it can honestly be said I have never been to a dealership which provided such fast, thorough and friendly service. And I didn't even buy my car from them! To make matters even sweeter, they did extra work for which I wasn't even charged! That's never happened before. While I love my Z4 (it's a HELL of a car) I would buy another BMW just for the dealer support. Highest recommendation.

I recently went to the dealership for a minor insignificant part for my vehicle and as I was pulling in I saw the individual that showed and sold me the car. I was expecting a "HI, how's it going?" but all I got was him trying to hide behind another vehicle after he saw me. I was totally disapointed with this gesture. I have not taken my 135i for service yet but I am just dreading the day I have to do it if this is the kind of service I am going to be getting.
BMW is a BIG name, let's own up to it. I figure, if you kissed my ass the day I purchased this fabulous piece of machinery then why are we acting so "shady" now. I am paying good money to have the best service BMW advertises. Honestly, how you all got a 4 star rating is beyond me.
