User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my Tundra truck in to get a ball joint service recall to HOY FOX. After they did the service they failed to do a wheel alignment and my two front tires became worn from the inside. They said they "did" an alaignment but could not and would not show me any proof even though Toyota PAID them for a the alighment. They gave me the biggest run around and then the service manager said "Oh those tire have a tendency to wear on the inside" even thought the tires on the back of the truck had an even wear. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY TRUCK FOR SERVICE OR BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. They are rude and VERY dishonest even thought their salesmen brag about service after the sale. I since then I've taken my truck for service to DICK POE, it's far but the service is MUCH, MUCH better!
