"3 1/2 hrs for an oil change, alinement and 1 new key cut with an appointment. Not to mention I asked for a new air filter, missed that, and they showed me a giant screw in a tire, I said I would need to get that plugged, didn't do that either. I was told when I showed up after 2 1/2 hours that the guy called, obviously didn't leave a mesage and I must have been in a dead zone because my phone didn't show a missed call. Durring those 2 1/2 hours, instead of going ahead with the alinement while waiting to tell me I could use new tires, my car sat there until I showd up. Then they stared my alinement. When that was over they then cut my new key. I guess they can't multitask. After I checked out, I noticed the screw was still there but decided to take it to Discount Tire, a company I have had great success with with 4 other vehicles, and got a flat on the way there. Thanks for the service Century."
Your credit probably sucked ass if your payments would be $1000 a month. They prob. told you to come in for a pre-approval. meaning that they might be able to help you and that they could prob. get you approved to get financed through a bank. They wouldnt know what your monthly payment would have been without seeing your actual vehicle. thus knowing the condition and how much it woudl be worth after appraisel-i.e. how much they would have to use rebates and so forth to swallow negative equity. Perhaps you shoudl pay your bills on time and do some mor research when you look into buying vehicles so you wont be upside down in what you have now.
Would not recommend to anyone! April 28th I called and spoke to Mira, Who works in the Internet sales dept. I explained to her that I heard on the radio and saw online that they were offering an amazing opportunity to persons who was in an upside down value of up to $10,000. Mira confirmed that this was true and how it worked was: Century Chevy would take in a trade for up to $10,000 (upside down value) and not transfer any of this monies to the purchase of the vehicle of choice. But, would transfer the remainder balance $ and this would be determined by the appraises of the trade. I explained to Mira that we were wanting to get out of 2 car payments to 1 car payment and that we just purchased a Harley, so we were also looking into downsizing our vehicles. I had also advised Mira that our credit was less than perfect and that I wanted to be sure that they could help us before we made the trip to Broomfield (We were coming from Southwest Littleton). So Mira suggested that we do a Pre-approve application on line, and we did. Mira then called us and stated that we were pre-approved and that we should come on down so that they could appraise our vehicles. So we made the trip on April 29th. Found out that Mira gave us to a sales person there and we made our selection and after 2 hours was told that we could indeed take advantage of their special but a $32,000 Uplander Van (Used 2008) was going to run us almost a $1,000 for a 60 month contract and $900 for a 72 contract. We were prepared to put down $1,000 but we were told that this would only make a $25 difference on the payments! We told the finance person that if they could not help us to just say so, but do not take us as fools and think that we would actually pay this amount for a VAN! We also found out then that Century Chevy was tacking on every dollar (including $10,000) onto the price of the used Uplander! It was explained to us that Mira made a mistake and that it is very difficult to explain over the phone. We were not only LIED to but we were very MISS LEAD on their advertising. We left with our original vehicles and will never return to them again. So, Beware to those who will fall into Century Chevy's false advertising and their staffs lies. "IF SOUNDS TO GOOD IT PROBABLY IS!"
