    well everything started very politely...car in on Monday by 1pm as per instructions, me obeying nicely..then the usual mis/disinformation began "it will be ready by noon Tuesday sir"..."CCD, sorry sir, I miscalculated didnt hear the tidbit about the part delivery by UPS, oops..it will be ready by the end of the day..."...oops the shuttle stops at three and we've got your car...oops"...oh, by the way, how was the apppointment in Golden that you said you needed your car to travel there by Tueday noon?...oh, rented a car...oops"..."but your car is fine, the electrical problem is fixed, tailights are on, and the AC is working fine now, see ya on Wednesday"...Wednesday, ahhh Wednesday I'm a free man again with wheels...Drive away in my supposedly fixed vehicle whistling a happy tune...one block of freedom, whats this? no cold air!..."Hi Cold Creek Dodge...oops...no AC, bring it right back, we goofed"...Q; hey, how could you tell me that the AC is working? I mean after all you just have to turn it on and its obvious..huh?..."CCD, oops, cant explain that"..."why dont you just leave your car another day and pick it up Thursday, so that we can fix Monday's issue..you dont really need your car do ya?"...." ohhh, and the shuttle stops at three...oops!"....still not behind the wheel yet, more fun to follow...one more oops and I stop smiling!...well in the end the service mgr. did go out of his way to pick me up personally and the car is ultimately working fine....they made a valiant effort...s'pose all's well that ends well?

    I went there to get an AC motor replaced there for a Jeep and they told me that my O2 sensor was bad and that it needed to be replaced and it would cost another $350.00. I told them to just replace the AC motor and I would wait on the O2 sensor. After getting it back the O2 sensor was fine and they even changed the paperwork to say that the O2 sensor was periodically not completely working. If you wanna get ripped off this is your place.
