Good haircuts at reasonable prices. Not as cheap as Great Clips or others in the genre where a decent haircut is hit and miss, but not as pricey as so many places where you pay dearly for a cut that they consider "art". I've been to a couple of Penney's stylists now and always gotten a nice cut that continued to look good for about a month or so. My only complaint is that they supposedly have long hours--but don't count on them having a stylist available in the evenings. If they aren't busy, they send people home. Just the nature of corporations, I guess.

Terrible!: First off, the women dyed my hair a bright orange when I had asked for a deep auburn! GASP! Then, after she redid it, she charged me $120....just for a color...never going there again!
