Majestic Cleaners & Shirt Lndr

I just wanted to say what a great experience I have had with this cleaners. I switched to Majestic about 2 years ago after having a couple of really bad experiences with clothes not getting very clean at other dry cleaners. They have always done a great job but just recently, I had an experience where a blouse came back from Majestic and was ripped. I informed them of it and gave them the receipt for my blouse and the the owner "Al" went on line and bought the blouse for me. Didn't make excuses which I was anticipating. He just took the ball and did what he needed to for his patron. I was and am truly impressed. I will recommend Majestic to everyone I know. They take the time every time to make sure your clothing is cleaned, you don't have to give them special instructions, they know you want your item cleaned and not just certain areas but the entire garment.
