I was pleased and impressed with every step of working with Drainbusters. The first phone call was friendly, courteous and helpful, as well as the follow up call. I was provided with a definite price estimate for garbage disposal replacement. When James arrived (and donned booties so as not to drag muddy snow into the kitchen), not only did he charge me less than half the estimate by repairing the old disposal but also allowed me to return the replacement disposal I bought. James was professional and friendly and even left us with tips on both how to fix future seizures and how to avoid them in the first place. He was on time to the minute and waited for us to get home as we weren't as punctual. Highly recommended.

James from Drain Busters was excellent. We had some issues wth our water heater shutting down. He spent a lot of time researching the problem, and was able to fix it. He has a great attitude and is very caring.

The person that answers the phone was very nice and helpful.
They found the cause of my high water bill.It turns out it was a toilet running.
They fixed it that day.
The price was reasonable and the Plumber was very nice.
