My wife and I were looking to refi and get some options for our 80/20 mortgage and my father told me about the "ad" he heard on Mike Rosen's show on 850 KOA about what American Financing can do. Well, boy was I glad that I called! After my initial call, my wife and I were set up to have you come over to our house and and save us the expense of having to find a baby sitter and explain the option of an FHA loan the next day. I couldn't believe that we were even possibly able to qualify for that type of program. It was all a seamless process from there! I was able to get our documents together and you were able to come by and pick those up as well with out us even having to drive to your office.
