About:O's Steak and Seafood in the Westin Westminster is a beautiful, inviting and unique restaurant that offers Certified Angus Beef and fresh fish flown in daily from both coasts. The restaurant features the talented, Chef Ian Kleinman who is known for his molecular cooking. A tasting menu is available Wednesday - Saturday evenings. He has designed a refreshing menu full of local ingredients, high quality meat and produce. The O Room Martini Lounge is a big hit with locals and out of town guests. It is a great place to revitalize your senses. To end the evening we welcome you to lounge on the patio next to our fire pit retreat and enjoy a cigar or the rejuvenating mountain sunset.

    We went and had the Molecular gastronomy tasting menu offered at O’s Thursday-Sunday by Chef Ian Kleinman. And it was one heck of an experience. Not only was the food very good you get a sense of fun and anticipation with it as even though you have an printed menu in front of you telling you what will be next you can never really be sure what it is going to be. How can you guess what balsamic textures are going to be or Space foam I know that at least the three of us had no idea at all what it could be.

    The food is fantastic but that can be had at many places in the area, what can’t be had is the fun this is a meal you will go away talking about for some time after and we highly suggest you give it a try sometime.     This restaurant has the best service and food in the Westminster area. We don't even bother to go to Denver anymore. The tasting menu is always a treat for something different and the standard menu never disappoints.
    The wait-staff is well trained and provides excellent service.
