Their large selection of specialty pancakes and superior sides offset the sometimes 1-2 hour wait on the weekend. This place isn't cheap and customers should expect $15.00 / person including tip. Fantastic experience!

This is really one of the best breakfast places in Denver. You have to go to the Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs to find better. They have all your standard breakfast fare, eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. Plus seasonals like egg nog French toast or seasonal fruit. They make the kids happy with chocolate chip pancakes or strawberry waffles featuring home made whipped cream. If you want to venture off the standard menu they have the "ever popular Joe"; a mix of eggs, sausage, and lots of other good stuff. If you'd like something unique, try their omelette's or the "Dutch Baby" (a rather large apple pancake), both of which are baked. Prices are a little higher than average, but the ingredients are high quality, and the portions are large so don't be surprised if you leave with a take home box and get two meals out of the experiance. My mom and I have been going there most every Saturday for years, and we are never disappointed.
