User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe were surprised to find such a great sushi restaurant in Parker! We have dined here on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful.

I don't think so! Their food so so. I ordered side of rice but it was never come. I will not come there anymore! It totally bad service!-

I love this place. The atmosphere is just so....cool! I guess you'd call the decor a mix of modern and Asian but it also has a little of a mid-century modern feel to it. It's especially lovely after dark and the music is soft jazz. Dress is everything from semi-formal to shorts and sandals. It doesn't matter. The place is very casual, very metropolitan and very romantic. A hard combo to pull-off.
Everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming and the waitstaff is all-pro.
Junz is known as one of the best sushi "joints" in Colorado. I wouldn't know; I don't like sushi (Yeah, I said it; I don't like sushi! ;) but everything I've eaten there was fantastic from the Shrimp and Vegetables Tempura to the Teriyaki Beef and Niku Maki. Unfortunately, the salad comes with dressing...not my fave and the iced tea is a jasmine (I think) tea and if you ask for salt and pepper or cocktail sauce (for my little one's shrimp) you get a rather funny look but from now on, I'm just packin' my own. Very much worth a visit and a return visit and a return visit after that and....well, you get the picture.
