Outstanding indoor pool and swim team and swim coaching staff. Antiquated facilities otherwise: Needs significant cosmetic work - outdoor pool, restrooms, fitness facility look somewhat worn out.
Staff often lack knowledge of policies and pricing. Inquiries often require speaking to several different staff members to get the big picture on policies and pricing. Child care is not free (additional fee). Aerobics and fitness classes are not free (additional fee). Some members paid initiation fee, some members did not. Until recently Woodmoor Pines was the only game in town. This is changing.
