These guys are worse than a bunch of used used car sales men. I spent a 100 on a diagnostic and had it fixed. A few miles later the dash lights came back on and took it to Advanced Auto and the same codes appeared. Went back to dispute and they gave me the usual song and dance. They wanted another 100 to start the process all over again. The biggest thing is they gave me a list of preventive maintenance and on of them said my alignment needed to be done due to tire were. I just put the tires on under 200 miles before the report and called him on it and he used the old song and dance. They said I need to service the whole 4 wheel drive system without even looking at it. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved from Indiana to Colorado three months ago. Had a problem with my car when I was in Indiana. The car was in the shop at least three different times for the same problem, and looked at by several ASE mechanics. The problem did not go away. In Colorado, with the same problem, I took my car to a ASE certified garage in Arvada Colorado, again the problem did not go away. I broke down on the highway and I couldn't believe how rude people were, and how hopeless I felt. Being new to Colorado the only person I know is my daughter who lives in Aravada 30 miles away. Due to a new job I moved to the Littleton area, out of despiration, I googled garages in my new area, read the reviews for Randy's auto care and took a chance on them. Randy's auto really were the only ones who FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR ALL.... I knew I had a good car, and it would last me for quite awhile... after several days the car is running excellent, and I feel safe. I am very pleased and as of today as it stands I am very satisfied and grateful.
I had work done on my vehicle here, I was referred by a friend who said it was a great repair shop... which it definatly was not! The prices and repairs changed each time i was called about what needed to be done. The majority of the repairs that they said needed immediate attention had already been performed previously at another shop. I told them this, and they said there is no way those repairs could have been done. A few days after my car was out of the their shop, the same problems were reoccuring, I called Randy's about the problems and I was told i would get a call back and never recieved one. I tried calling again, but was left on hold by a service writer for 20 minutes and then hung up on.Over all I will never return to this autorepair center, I feel I would have been better off at a Grease Monkey and would like people to be aware of their faulty business and work ethics
