    Visit great - billing office difficult: I visited this location twice in the month of March. The visit was thorough, wait was not long, and all staff was cheerful and pleasant.

    Later in April I called to find out information about my visit to submit to my auto insurance company. They forwarded me to the billing office. When I explained I needed the name of the physician who treated me, she took FOREVER to find my information, then gave me the name of a female physician when I know I saw a male physician.

    I further explained that I also needed the name of the physician I saw on my second visit. They had no record of my second visit, and this was a full 30 days later. After about 10 minutes and several personal questions to identify me, they finally found the info I needed.

    Overall I was very satisfied with the treatment portion of my visits, but extremely disappointed with their lack of information.

    Right Answers and available within the hour: Saw us 7 days sooner (they saw us on walk-in within 30min) than the closest specialized doctor, good people, clean office.

    Lovely Staff!: I'm new to town and did not have a doctor yet, but I was not feeling well. The staff was excellent, I walked in on a Sunday morning and liked the doctor I met with. The doctor was sensitive to the fact I did not have insurance and recommended pharmacies where I could have my prescriptions filled at low cost. I felt the staff took good care of me and I was well in no time. I highly recommend this office for quick care!
